Ok here is some very quick step-by-step instructions

First download agora here: https://github.com/Pecon/Agora/archive/master.zip

Then extract the files into a folder.

After that, connect to your site via FTP and upload all the agora files onto the server in your destination of your choice.

Once that's done you need to create a mysql database and user for agora to use. If your hosting provider uses cpanel, look for the mysql database wizard and use that to set up a database, user, and password for agora to use. Keep the database name, username, and password on hand for the installation.

Now browse to your site and navigate to where you placed the agora files. You should be directed to the agora setup.

Follow the instructions in the setup script. Input the mysql database name, username, and password when prompted. After the database is connected, select the settings you want for the forum. Finally, agora will create your initial admin account.

That's pretty much it.

On an unrelated note, your domain name is total cancer but I'm sure you were already aware of that.

Your webhost should have plenty of tutorials on how to access your site ftp, and recommendations for different ftp clients. Filezilla is a very popular option.
